Until today I had absolutely no concerns or anything with the practice. That all changed this morning when I called to make an appointment & the receptionist made me feel like I was wasting the DRs time so I cancelled the appointment. Now I don’t have the medications I wanted to speak to the doctor about cos I didn’t want to “waste the doctors time”

As a new patient I've been really impressed with the practice as a whole. Appointments are available fairly quickly and the efficiency and attention of the specialist at the musculo-skeletal clinic is outstanding. Follow up tests have been quick and efficient and feedback is actively sought after every contact.
