I was asked why I wanted to make an appointment with a doctor and explained that it was personal , but the receptionist insisted, she then sent me to your sexual health who told me that I was fobbed off. I phoned the go again who asked me again , I told her it was personal but she said that she couldn’t book me in without knowing, I told her my very personal problem only to be told that it is a follow up issue and it would be 3 weeks minimum.. this is pathetic and unreasonable. I feel offended to have to explain to a secratary very personal details of my health.. disgusting and shameful.
