   I had a fantastic experience with a wonderful nurse in the University nursing service. I was unaware that the service was available to me as a staff member but went round there today with an ear infection to inquire if i was eligible for an appointment and got registered immediately with an appointment the same afternoon which was way beyond my expectation. I also got a prescription that I can collect at the medical service and friendly and clear instructions for next steps to bring my issues up with my GP plus a follow up appointment. The nurse was friendly, warm and efficient. What a fantastic service the nursing team provides and what a great staff benefit to have access to this service!
