   I had called for a telephone appointment and was told it would be a morning slot but I should wait until 5pm for the call. I called back twice at 15:33 and 16:55 at the last call the receptionist said she was remind the nurse practitioner. Who did not call me back but sent a text message at 17:30 after the telephone lines were closed in which she said she tried to call but did she did not. Very poor service

   Visited March 2025
