   so the is a new appointment system on line to make life easier to get an appointment, so today I tried after work you can't make an advance appointment and the triage system says it's too late in the day, so I tried to call no answer before 1800 so I thought I would email no email contact so we are back to fastest finger first to book an online appointment or follow the advice and go to a busy a&e Why can the system not be like other appointment systems which allow you to book in advance? so what is the point of the electronic booking system? If you still need to book at 7am?
