  1. Review titled Great service all round!

Rated 5 stars out of 5

I called regarding my daughter who had tested positive for covid I needed some advice as the school needed medical evidence to authorise her absence. I also wanted to talk through her symptoms to check I was managing it correctly. The receptionists were extremely helpful and said they would speak to the doctor. I was called back diring the stated time frame. We talked through symptoms and she gave advice on managing the symptoms. She also followed the call with a text containiing links to NHS documents. Couldn't have asked for more!

  2. Review titled Receptionists needs customer service training

Rated 1 star out of 5

We often have to wait at the reception desk while the receptionists finishes their casual non-work related conversations before we are seen to. Today they crossed the line as we dropped in to pick up a blood test form and was met with the abrupt response "I've logged out". A nicer member of staff then pointed out that they change shifts during that time but that is no excuse to speak to a patient in a rude manner, nor is it the patients obligation to know the shift patterns. She could have easily said "bear with me while we change shifts" or anything with some common courtesy but instead she huffed, logged in and printed out the form like it was lnt her job to do so. You don't expect to be treated like that by a random stranger in the street, let alone someone who is meant to help patients in a practice. A great example of someone doing a job in the medical industry purely for the money and not for the wellbeing of others, a major problem in the NHS. I am confident that if we, the patients, spoke to staff in that manner we would be refused service and the staff would quite 'zero tolerance to abusing staff', yet they have the audacity to treat patients like second class citizens. We have been with the practice for over 30 years but our patience is waning with every interaction with these obnoxious members of staff

  3. Review titled Terrible

Rated 1 star out of 5

Extremely disappointed with this surgery . Got a text message saying a doctor will ring us . (No clue about what it was about ) . And no phone call . Repeat prescriptions not meeting the original ones . When you have diabetes you expect more professionalism.
