Needed to see a nurse to remove some staples post surgery. Managed to get an appointment very quickly. The nurse was very caring and performed the procedure with care and efficiency. The surgery was exceptionally clean and welcoming.

I needed advice on a ‘non-bau’ service that would help me maintain a better/healthier active lifestyle in regards to my ongoing knee pains. I needed something to help on the long term rather than just for now. The nurse showed great dedication and offered very good advice in helping get the services I needed. She also kindly called back to check if I managed to get what I needed. It just helps alleviate a little bit of the stress of everyday life knowing some of the staff are efficient, professional and can be relied on. Thank you again for the advice she provided as it got me what I needed.

Very happy with this practice, got an appointment on the same day, saw a physio on the same day. Staff are very kind and helpful and doctors are very professional and knowledgeable. Very happy with this surgery. Thank you.

I credit the care and professionalism of the Grafton Medical Practice in Tooting with helping me recover from a recent illness by providing unconditional kindness, support and compassion. I feel very lucky to have the practice and its team of excellent doctors on my doorstep.

I could not have wished for a better experience. Sympathetic and attentive listening from GP, followed by effective follow referrals to hospital, chasing up of said referrals, and prompt feedback. Wonderful !

I have 8 month old daughter and impossible to get an appointment. Was told to call 8am in the morning..I was first in the queue (still took 15mins to answer) and was told no appointments. I asked for any future appointment and was refused as for a baby, I need to call 111 or go a&e Even normal appointments at this gp are 3 weeks in advance. god help us. This day and age where you can't even get a gp to see a baby. sad times
