I've received a great service recently when arranging travel vaccines for an upcoming trip. Everything was planned really well for my family and I and all covered on the NHS, which is excellent. The staff were really helpful and thorough.

Upperthorpe GP practice is amazing! I really needed a medical fitness form filling out, and my doctor did it within the hour. So many doctors go above and beyond, and my doctor is definitely one of them. The receptionist was also brilliant- filling in my details and getting it passed on straight away. Thank you NHS!

Yet again the Reception Staff at this practice took complete and immediate action to a problem that I had. Action was almost immediate and my issue was sorted in about 10 minutes or less. I love the fact that the reception staff in this surgery work tirelessly to not just book patients in but sort out all kinds of things to ensure their patients are looked after. Thanks again to the member of staff that always helps me out. You know who you are. Great Practice if anyone is needing a new doctor.

I have very complex issues and sometimes require a Doctor to call me and help with my poor health. The Reception Staff are so helpful and kind and very supportive in ensuring I get the help I need. The Doctors are so supportive and aim to get my issues resolved in quick time and make me feel involved in my treatment plans and go out of their way to chase up hospitals for appointments because they care that I receive the solution I need. I write this today as it’s been a bad day and I want to say a huge thanks and very loud shout out to the receptionist I have always loved since I joined this surgery and the doctor who never fails to continually support me. Carry on being the stars that you are and have always been. You both know who you be are…❤️❤️

I got a call from school in the afternoon saying that my child had a rash. Even though it was after the urgent triage cut-off, they managed to get my child an appointment an hour later, which was amazing service! Thank you!

I was concerned about my elderly mother who suffers with Alzheimer's dementia and had become unwell so I contacted the surgery using the online florey accurx service to explain my concerns. Within 90 minutes I had received a phone call from a GP who then booked a face to face appointment with another GP the same morning. The acute problem was addressed promptly and prescription sent electronically. I had also mentioned other issues that needed a district nurse assessment and the district nurse arrived the following day and arranged for the necessary equipment and onward referrals for other health professionals. The receptionist we saw was polite and efficient. I witnessed her dealing with another patient (who was just getting to grips with the online forms request for an appointment) with respect and kindness. All round excellent service Thank you.

Quick ,great service and great staffs . Had my blood test today and it was quick and easy , it’s always difficult to get my blood drawn the nurse on duty made it quick and she was so friendly all through .

We recentpy moved to Sheffield and registered with Upperthorpe. . The service and care i have recieved from reception,nurses, doctor and physio has been nothing short of thorough. I have felt listened to for the1st time ever at a doctors.
