    The new triage system works fantastically well. A quick form emailed in, results in a text within half an hour confirming the next step. So appointment with nurse doctor or telephone call all on the same day. I cannot praise the surgery enough.

    From being a welcoming surgery if you’re ill Upton surgery has become inaccessible if you have a normal life to fit in but also need medical care. I tried to make an appointment today for my son but as the response said they’d be in touch within 2 days I let him go out after a few hours of waiting, but then I was called in for an appointment immediately. It seems you need to stay at home all day and not go to work if you’re needing an appointment. Really horrible and impersonal service especially if struggling with anxiety. If you get to see as doctor then they are amazing- just hard to reach now

    Phone with a problem and was given an appointment ment within 2 hours. The care giver was softly spoken and helped me wmfill in the form for an appointment every step of the way.

    I had a spider bite on the back of my neck. My neck was swollen and very red. I decided to contact the surgery just in case. To make contact I had to use the new Triage process . I was very pleased with this new process which only required a few minutes to complete. I used my phone rather than spending time getting my laptop ready. It was simple to use, including adding two picture. I had a call within two hours asking me to attend an appointment at the surgery. When I first received the notification about the new Triage process I was concerned about the lack of human contact but my concerns have been completely removed. Well done Upton Surgery

    Today was the first time that either of us had met this very kind, professional, helpful and delightful Doctor. She was very thorough, carefully checked me over, explained everything clearly, and arranged a follow-up with the nursing team so swiftly that the nursing team had already contacted me by the time we arrived home. Grateful that the Dr was able to see me so quickly, and I left the Surgery reassured and confident. Many thanks.

    over an hour trying to get through,, give you the option of callback but some of us have to work and can't sit around for an hour on the off chance we will be contacted..need to improve the call service as its very poor

    I contacted Upton Surgery using the online facility a couple of times within a week, their response both times was very quick. I felt cared for by the manner in which they spoke and they listened, came up with a treatment plan which was explained thoroughly to me. The phone consultation was as long as it needed to be and wasn't in any way rushed. First time of using the online system and I am very impressed indeed. It was easy to navigate my way around the online form. Keep up the great work. Thank you Upton Surgery.
