The receptionist at Upwell Street r really disrespectful and very rude ,I fill a medical foam online it was for severe pain in my obdomen ,they never rang me so I rang the doctors and the receptionist said u have been put on Amber as non urgent and we will give u an appointment for next week I was very upset and the receptionist put the phone down on me with out even listening to me ,they r not professionals at all ,patients will suffer like this and they will be liable for the outcome

Thank you for reaching out and sharing your concerns regarding your triage allocation on Friday 7th February. We are sorry to hear about your experience. Our team strives to provide the best possible care, and we take all feedback seriously. We apologize if you felt that our communication did not meet your expectations. The triage system we use is based on clinical need, and is GP led. The reception team have no say over the allocation of appointments and cannot overrule the GP decision. You have stated that the doctor never rang you, and you had to call us. You called us one hour after submitting the form. Our online form states you will be called on the day, we do not give a time frame for call back. Regarding your interaction with our receptionist, we expect all staff to remain professional and respectful at all times. I have listened to the telephone calls and looked into this matter to ensure that our service remains patient-centered and compassionate. Upon review of the calls and speaking to the reception team involved, they believed you had hung up as you were unhappy with the information given. They assured me, they did not end the call. All of the telephone calls have been downloaded for you to review if you should wish. I'm sure you will agree that the reception team were not disrespectful upon hearing the conversations.
