Arrived with burns to my hands and the clinic was very busy. I was dealt with immediately and within 5 minutes I was receiving treatment. The two practitioners who assessed my injuries were professional and very friendly. The lady who gave me my treatment was absolutely fantastic. As an ex nurse I was so impressed with her skill, communication and general care. I’m not allowed to name her but I hope one of the management team will check on who treat me and feed back to her my comments. I hope this practioner is valued as she is a credit to your team.

Many thanks Fran for your great comments, I have passed this on to the team as this certainly gives them a boost in current pressurised times. Our aim is to always treat patients as we would want ourselves or relatives to be treated.

I had a fall on the ice today and I was a little bit late for my appointment due to heavy traffic. The clinic were still able to see me straight away, provided x ray and consultation quickly. This was all done in approximately 40 mins. Brilliant service, friendly and caring staff. Thank you

I attended Morecambe UTC this evening with my partner who had slipped on I've and injured his ankle. We wanted to avoid ED to prevent unnecessary pressure on the service and also avoid lengthy wait times so we contacted the UTC and got an appointment within a couple of hours. The staff were cheery and friendly and we were seen within 15 mins of our appointment time, which was amazing given they were absolutely inundated. My partner was given an x-ray and, following an inconclusive x-ray, treated for a fractured ankle and we were out the door within 90 minutes of arriving. The lady who treated my partner was lovely, thorough and explained everything clearly. She was brilliant! Just want to say thank you to everyone for making it so easy and quick. We had a poorly daughter to get home to and were worried we'd be waiting hours. A truly fantastic service - thank you and Merry Christmas!

I went to this UTC as I had an injury to my foot. The staff were friendly, the consultation was great and I was turned around (including an xray) within 90 minutes. Excellent! Thanks so much

Many thanks staff try hard to keep wait times low, there are periods when this cannot be avoided however great patient care is our aim

Greeted courteously by the receptionist with an explanation of expected waiting time. However I was seen even more quickly by a very friendly nurse who assessed and decided on treatment involving glueing a cut above my eye which was carried out immediately with advice given. The cut is healing brilliantly. Thank you for a reassuring experience. I was contacted by text for a review but was reluctant as the link given in the text was not secure. Otherwise, full marks!
