I have only recently moved back to area and re-registered with this surgery . I called in after registering online to register for the NHS App and was dealt with by a delightful lady who deals with these matters. She was of great assistance and assisted in the download of the required apps and the AskMyGp website. She also gave me clear instructions on how to use these sites. I managed to get an appointment on the day because of the nature of my illness. The Dr saw as extremely warm, friendly and calming and after a chat and the Dr checking my BP, pulse, weight etc explained what the problem probably is and has organised for some bold tests and a 24 hour ECG. I am extremely grateful to the surgery and the Dr in particular. The whole experience was patient centred and professional whilst remaining warm and caring.

Left a note on AskmyGP and within 4 hours had been seen by the appropriate member of staff and received treatment. Thorough, reassuring and efficient. I am very frightened of doctors and rarely approach the practice but felt reassured by yesterday. I promise not to increase my attendance though!

I had a great experience here—the doctor was professional, attentive, and made me feel at ease during a sensitive exam. The appointment process was quick and easy, with clear reminders. The practice is clean, spacious, and offers convenient amenities like free parking and online booking. Highly recommend for quality care!

Left waiting weeks for an appointment and when finally seen test results were not available to doctor on the system. Asked for comments/complaints procedure from reception, didn’t know about one or give any information. No management team contactable.

I was contacted by the receptionist by phone, to see if I could make an appointment on the same day with the doctor at 6pm for a test. It was so reassuring to see a doctor that quickly, thank you so much

My daughter received a call from a receptionist to advise she needed an appointment following a positive Fit test. The next available appointment was 5 weeks time. Appalling service, you cannot phone for an urgent appointment without being triaged, to then have to phone back later in the day to confirm whether you have been successful in getting an appointment, poor service
