The Phlebotomist (I cant use names on this forum apparently) is a great member of staff and makes giving blood samples really efficient and about as comfortable as it can be. thank you. The reception staff were friendly, informative and polite.

After completing the online form was given an appointment within 2 hours. Fantastic service which did not happen a few months ago. New DRs and Receptionists - a fantastic place to have in the community.

Nearly severed my finger a week ago and was told by hospital change dressing on 3rd follow up with Dr on day 5. Attended surgery in Person and asked for Dr appointment which I then found on arrival had been allocated as a change dressing only with a nurse. Whilst nurse was very nice the state of the dressing post being done was so bad I changed it myself once I got home again. Whilst there people only referred to notes from local Urgent care that I attended and not the specialist I was sent onto at Plastic Surgeon Urgent care in Westminster after initial triage (same day). And when they did find something from St Thomas’s they said it gave no details of treatment (which was strong antibiotics and multiple 14 day stitches back and front of knuckles). I am assuming that the Dr follow up I was supposed to get was to check if I had damaged nerves, needed additional physio to get movement back, issues with antibiotics (I have a track record of not being able to take most types) etc but I guess I will never know as the response to I need a dr’s appointment for follow up was from (very nice) receptionist was for her to complete an online form so that the computer could send me a text saying no doctor appointments go to urgent care hospital instead. Not really an appropriate use of urgent care unit is it. I honestly wish I have never transferred to here as have yet to get to see a doctor in the 5 years I have been with the practice. They send random texts (number now blocked) despite being told use the post for information updates and they keep trying to sign me up for loads of “care check ups” to see if I have all sorts of ailments of this that and the other but when I am actually ill or need something done, there are no appointments and no follow ups. Guess the appointments are full with people on random check ups. The availability of actual treatment and appointments you get here, certainly wouldn’t inspire me to have any random “check ups” done because of it did show I needed treatment I doubt it would be available or followed up on by anyone here. Totally lost faith with NHS and their web based treatment and reporting and this tbh this doctor’s practice. Only recommendation I make about this place is avoid it. Couple of plus points though - the new receptionists are much pleasanter and helpful than the folk they had before, & the nurse was very nice even if I didn’t need to actually see her. But this tick box approach to medical care simply doesn’t work well. The computer says no you don’t need a doctor and doesn’t have full notes on it and ultimately I never agreed for my medical records to go into cloud storage either or for people other than a Dr to view. If fact have ticked several boxes on forms saying no to it. Receptionist seem to have full access to your notes. Used to only be doctor who had that.

I can assure you that have indeed 10 GPs working at the Practice and are currently in the process of recruiting another. Furthermore, we are continually reviewing how we offer appointments and how we prioritise patients, hence you been offered an appointment with the Practice Nurse for a dressing change. I went in for a smear test and was extremely nervous. The Doctor was lovely - she relaxed me instantly, had an amazing bedside manner and was very calming and gentle. It was over before I knew it and completely painless. For anyone needing a cervical smear test, I highly recommend The Vale Medica Centre.

I registered recently as a new patient. Completed a klinik form yesterday and the GP called me in the afternoon. Extremely efficient. Much better than ringing at 8 am for an appointment which would be impossible to get.

I attended my appointment yesterday. Both receptionists were very friendly and helped me with me prescription. The GP was very attentive.

Been having problems for about 4 months. And the two Doctors who dealt with me were excellent. Cant say their names or which surgery. .shame. One female and one Male Doctor. The left surgery reception window. when you go in.. Thank you. Very much.

Avoid this place! I rang after a 111 call where I was advised to book an urgent appointment with this practice, but the person who answered was dead set on being unhelpful and rude, repeatedly cutting me off and feeding me misinformation just to get me to go away.
