The queue for the call wasn’t too long, and when when he picked up it was a very efficient call. He asked me what I would like to do( which most places dont do so that’s as nice) and then told me what they could do for me.

Had a great phone call with Riyaad today. Very helpful and informative! Every time I’ve phoned up the receptionists have been really helpful and polite.

Excellent walk in facility waited around got seen 45 minutes before my appointment time doctors are really helpful and understanding appreciate all there efforts.

I have been using this practice for an extremely long time and have had nil issues. Always managed to get an appointment, telephone consultation and have found the staff to be friendly.

I am deaf, and they don’t offer any way to book appointments except by phone. There is literally no way to book if you are deaf. So deaf people living in Woolwich are just left to die I guess.

And we can confirm there are number of ways to access appointments in addition to the telephone lines. We offer Econsult service via our website which allows patients to request appointments, letters, prescriptions and results. In addition patients can also book appointments via online booking appt Patient Access, more info can be found on our website. The Doctor I saw has been trying very hard to get to the root of my illness and kept me informed by text of referrals and test results.

I was explained everthing that was going to be done clearly. I was made comfortable. The staff were approachable. Very Knowledgeable. The place was nice and cool. I was attended to within the time frame.
