Very experienced and knowledgeable Doctor and receptionist, special thanks to the doctor who’s seeing me, very patient in listening to my complaint of my illness ,diagnosing correctly and most of all act quickly in helping solving my problems, therefore I have a huge improvement in my health situation, highly recommend if you have an urgent health issues and want to be cured quickly.

Very good experience. The GP that attended to me today the 10th of October 2024 did a wonderful job. He took his time to explain to me in regards to my health issues and same as all the GP that has attended to me in the past.

Recently I've had an appointment and I was waiting for about 40 min without been called by the doctor.At that point another patient was called by the doctor and I didn't wait anymore.All that time was nobody called.Their policy is not to come late than 5 min because the doctor won't see you,but the people are waiting some time more than 20 min and you don't get any apologies for delay. Beside that,if you ask to be send to specialist.......no way.Some patients needs to be seen by specialist not a general practitioner who doesn't know how to deal with your problem. When ask for an appointment you'll get in month time. I'm sorry to say,but i'll never recommend this GP.

They were attentive and responsive, addressing all my questions and concerns promptly. I also appreciate the care shown by the doctor I spoke with. Had to book a medication review and was passing so popped in to see if they would help, receptionist was very polite and helpful and my telephone appointment was booked for later the same day,had the phone call and got everything sorted by a pleasant and helpful Doctor.

It appears the GP has little to nothing to offer me this period of pregnancy. I call with my complaints and all I get is go to the hospital. As little as body itch and I can’t get an advice on what antihistamine to take. Was told a doctor will call me on Friday and I never got a from any doctor. Then again I call back Monday and still can’t get a solution after the GP I spoke with had to call me back 3 times to find out one thing or the other. Leaves me frustrated. Upon all of this, it is still difficult to get a sick note.

Please stop the music which plays when waiting on the line for someone to answer the call. It’s extremely annoying! Better no music than this kind of music which gets stuck in your head for a long time and it’s so unpleasant! Alternatively classical music can be played instead.
