This has been my doctors since I was a baby, the GP's are very good and have since gone on to become my son's doctors and my fiancée's. I have no issues with the care received, however trying to get an appointment is impossible. The morning appointment line opens at 8, you get through at 8:02 and are already 35th in line. I stay until number 1 to be told there are no more appointments left. It would be extremely helpful if they could introduce a message that interjects the call to announce all appointments have now gone, however if you would still like to speak to reception stay on the line, this would help so much! I have 1 day off a week and can often spend these mornings listening to my movement from 58th in line to 0 to be told sorry they've all gone.

I had a very positive experience during my cervical screening check at Brunswick Medical Practice. The female nurse performed the screening test. She was incredibly kind and experienced, and I didn't feel any significant pain, just a little bit discomfort. The process was quite fast, and overall, the experience was excellent. The nurse's expertise was evident throughout.

I would like to compliment the practice GPs and reception staff at Vallance. I have spent a lot of hours trying to get support for my child with learning difficulties. I have felt listened to and supported by the staff at Vallance who have gone out of their way to provide any advice and information I've requested. Thankyou.
