Our GP is very honest and doesn't avoid tough topics. he is always helpful, quick, and efficient. what I appreciate most is that our GP genuinely cares about his patients. he follows up on treatment plans and makes sure they work for me& my family, instead of just suggesting quick fixes. it is rare to find a doctor who is both professional and truly concerned about patients. i highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great gp.

I would like to thank all staff and doctors at Valley view surgery for taking care of me and most importantly my mum who had a medical emergency who had collapse at the surgery. They were quick and efficient, remained professionaland calm when dealing with mum and me offered their care and support towards both of us. Thank you for everything you did for my mum and me on that stressful day.

I assisted my mother to her appointment, the Dr gave my mum time to discuss her health concerns, he explained in detail her health condition to help her understand. He was very professional and caring.

The GP who supports me has been wonderful and supportive through a very challenging time I am experiencing. She has worked with me on getting my medication to the right and manageable level, listens to my challenges and has provided support contacts for me. The team who I speak to on the phone are always going that extra mile, are just great and friendly with professionalism with my medication requests, questions etc. I will be sad to leave when I do in a month.
