Please don't bother with this gp. The worst service I've received since being a patient here ever since it's opened. Impossible getting through to them be on the line for 45 minutes then the line cuts so your having to call again and be back of the que. They always say they are busy but when I go directly to the practise there is hardly any patients there and the employees are to busy chatting away or on their phones. Should check their cameras as this is not made up and should monitor the calls and hear how rude they are.i want to register for online booking however its requesting details which I need to contact the practise which is impossible.

We are continually making improvements on patient feedback and encourage direct contact, there are now a number of ways in which you can contact the surgery: 1: Through the new digital telephony Lines which are monitored throughout the day. 2: Online services such as our website. 3: Patchs Link where patients receive acknowledgement within 24 hours. 4: Other apps such as Airmid and NHS app offering a variety of help We offer complete transparency and welcome any patients to be part of our Patient participation Groups in which you will be able to experience the inner workings and help shape the future of the practice. Rung this morning at 9am for an appointment and gave up after one hour of been on hold. I don't understand why nobody is picking up the phone! Once 10am comes you can't see a doctor so have to wait till the nxt day, it's ridiculous.
