Reception staff are always polite and kind when spoken to. The doctor and social prescriber are very dedicated to there job, both are very good, took time to listen, gave good advice, very polite, kind and considerate, both are asset to the surgery, got me through difficult and darkest time. Your professionalism and communication are outstanding , you genuinely care about your patients. Thank you and I am so grateful to both of you.

Hi just to thank the doctors at the practise they provide a fantastic service and they really look out for you and go above and beyond to help u went in to the surgery for a face to face appointment and when I came back home had a better understanding of my condition and how it effects me and how I can improve my health and get back to normal in the past have had other health conditions and the doctors have sent referrals to see specialist and have had scans and come back with a diagnosis and have been treated for the problem if they had not referred me I would be in the same condition I can’t thank them enough my father is also ill and like before I can’t thank them enough as he had a condition and was referred to specialist team and is under going treatment and has gave my family hope he should make a good recovery if it was not for the doctors we might not have him today

Very happy with all the gp,s they have always been very helpful and understanding especially my recent consultation. Reception staff are amazing and very helpful would highly recommend this practice.

In the last 6 months I’ve had great experience with a lady Doctor regarding my Menopause medication. She’s listened to my worries and we address them together. She also follows up with a phone call to check in. It might be difficult to get through on the phone but the receptionist's are always polite and professional. If you can’t get through on the phone just pop into the surgery as it’s a quick and pleasant experience.

It is great to hear that changes made to work towards a modern method of general practice are working for you. Since successfully introducing a new digital telephony system in July, we have seen vast improvements to people having to wait less reducing the waiting time considerably to remaining consistently under 5 minutes. We do encourage all our patients to register for patchs available on our website where you can at your convenience send messages/pictures for triage hassle free and receive an acknowledgment within 24hours. unable to get an appointment, unable to get through. Phone constantly rings but no one picks up. I have tried calling at different times of he day but still no answer. Unbelievable

I telephoned today 4th September as I had a query about medication and also required an appointment. The receptionist I spoke to went above and beyond her duty to sort out my medication and appointment, phoning me back at 19.30 pm. She was so kind and helpful.

Booked an immunisation in for my baby, however my child had a high temperature so wanted to cancel the appointment. Tried calling 3 days in advance and tried every single day at different times however there was no answer, I ended up missing the appointment. Tried to ring again to re-arrange however still no answer. Recieved a letter in the post to call surgery to rearrange but again no answer. Went up to the surgery and waited around at the empty desk waiting to be seen... the admin staff saw me but didn't respond they were too busy chatting among themselves and the phones were going off but they were laughing away... I walked away in rage and immediately changed my GP surgery. Absolutely rude, unprofessional and lazy admin staff

Dear Patient, We are sorry to hear of your experience. We take everyone's health very seriously especially children and send out reminders and carry out follow up calls to ensure attendance, and may have even been able to see the child with the high temperature within that appointment. We have a growing problem of non attendance and a huge waste of NHS resources and are taking action to remove patients that repeatedly do not attend as part of our policy. We are not able to take any action if things are not bought to our attention we would encourage all patients to take ownership of their health and bring to us what they would like to see change. There are many ways in which you can do this through patchs, online, and over the phone. I can assure you our staff are hard working and always willing to go the extra mile for our patients. Please don't bother with this gp. The worst service I've received since being a patient here ever since it's opened. Impossible getting through to them be on the line for 45 minutes then the line cuts so your having to call again and be back of the que. They always say they are busy but when I go directly to the practise there is hardly any patients there and the employees are to busy chatting away or on their phones. Should check their cameras as this is not made up and should monitor the calls and hear how rude they are.i want to register for online booking however its requesting details which I need to contact the practise which is impossible.

Rung this morning at 9am for an appointment and gave up after one hour of been on hold. I don't understand why nobody is picking up the phone! Once 10am comes you can't see a doctor so have to wait till the nxt day, it's ridiculous.
