I have been trying to contact the surgery to ask a question about a prescription that was supposed to have been sent down to a pharmacy - but no-one was answering the phone at 3pm. The whole surgery is a joke - it is impossible to make an appointment either on the phone which is usually engaged or the wait is too long - or online when the appointments are usually all gone. Totally ridiculous. There aren't enough doctors at the surgery and the waiting times when you do get an appointment is bad. I would not recommend this surgery to anyone. Also the parking is bad - people park in stupid places. At times the car park is full - but there are hardly any people inside. Terrible.

The appointment system is alienating. If you can not phone or get on linr before that says appointments are exhausted it's impossible to leave any form of request/enquiry for an appointment or phone call. If necessary but not urgent issue it's leaving people giving up without necessary health care. Doctor messaged me with results but I've no means of responding. My job means I can't get on line or to a phone at 8 in the morning!
