If I could give negative stars, I would. This place embodies everything wrong with healthcare. My experience has been a nightmare endless delays, prescription not being properly handled, and a complete lack of accountability. I depend on my medication to function, and these so-called professionals treat it like a trivial matter, I really can't understand why it's hard to handle my prescriptions properly and every single time I have to go through so many hoops to ensure I receive my medication, they are detrimental to my mental health and I really hate that I have to depend on someone for this, because that someone will brush it off as a small matter. I’ve been gaslit, ignored, and brushed off at every turn. They clearly have no understanding of the impact they’re having on their patients' lives. The staff might come across as "friendly," but don't be fooled friendly isn’t the same as competent. If you're looking for basic respect and timely medical care, look elsewhere because you won’t find it here.

After waiting 1hour and 15 minutes after my appointment time to be seen by GP, she was very rude, patronising and condescending. I was asked why i was seeing her and it was the surgery who contacted me to make the appointment

I have always found it easy to get an appointment, and the doctors, nurses, health care assistant, and paramedic practitioner have all been kind and friendly and caring. The receptionist has also been good. Everyone has been friendly and welcoming and supported me with any concerns or problems I have had, especially explaining any problems and why they may happen rather than just saying this is what it is which I have found helpful. Thank you!
