    I been on the line over 40mins to book appointments.finall I been.told all appointments gone.very disappointed with the service.year by year going down

    I phoned the surgery at 08:00 exactly (opening Time). I was number 1 in the queue and waited for 37 minutes until I got through to someone. I asked for an appointment and was told the the doctor will call me and decide if I am eligible for an appointment. I was told I would be called before 11am. I waited until 11:20am and then phoned the surgery to find out why I hadn’t been called yet. I then waited a further 1hr 18minutes to be spoken to…again…..only to find out that the doctor had phoned the wrong phone number and not the number I had phoned them from. The Doctor did then call me back….after i expressed how unsatisfactory the service was. This was still Unsuccessful as the signal was bad and I was unable to hear any tone over the phone. I then returned the call to that number…..and then waited another 37 minutes for an answer and was then told that I have to ring my GP Surgery all over again. This Surgery is extremely poor at giving people an appointment.

    This practice offers excellent services. I have been registered with this practice for more than 12 years and I have never been disappointed with their services. The front office staff are friendly, helpful and always go ‘extra mile’ to offer help in any way they can. The doctors have good communication and listening skills. They listen to every detail of your needs and offer the best medical support. The surgery offers variety of services including the blood testing. Emergency appointments have become simpler and easier, getting through the phone lines in the morning has been more simpler. The practice puts our needs first, any opinions and suggestions raised are taken into consideration. Thank you for the extra effort, enthusiasm and great services from all the staff. Great team spirit!!
