I received exceptional service from the practice staff, it was extremely professional and friendly. They made you feel settled and able to discuss any problems and fears you may have. I was given advice and structure to work with. Fabulous service.

Rang Tuesday for appointment was given one for today saw the paramedic who was amazing friendly approachable and sorted my problems he had spoken with doctor and texted me with outcome very satisfied with everything

Attended the practice with my partner on Mon 29th Jan was seen by this lovely lady. Who quickly realised my partner was extremely ill did the necessary obs and sent us for test with the nurse, then sent us off to a+e Me and my partner do believe that this person contributed to saving his life as he was later diagnosed with Sepsis. We both would like to thank this person for doing this and we would also like to thank Thurcroft Village Surgery too because they don't always get the recognition they deserve. Once again thankyou to you all

Unable to see a doctor had to see a nurse practitioner,she was very knowledgeable and informative I would not esitate to recommend this nurse

During a family members end of life care Thurcroft practice, its reception staff and GP’s were absolutely amazing. The Empathy and compassion shown to my family made what was an extremely difficult time for us so much easier. Everyone involved went above and beyond in offering time, care and prompt action when we needed it the most. We cannot thank you all enough.

my daughter has a 14 month old son who contacted this surgery and explained how she has experienced difficulty with money resulting in all her energy gas and electric has been turned off she was told a care worker would get in touch for 3 days we have been calling and been hung on constantly shes going to ring you no help still today 3 days later no support no call she is staying with myself in a one bedroom bungalow with my grandson appalled at the lack of concern for a baby and mothers welfare.
