    I have been seen by two very pleasant female doctors who have listened to my concerns and provided good care for an ongoing problem. Though not yet fully resolved they have been willing to try a different medication with some improvement of my symptoms, unlike at a previous practice where I felt no-one was interested in trying to make a difference.

    I was seen soon after my appointment time. The doctor was an excellent practitioner who allayed any fears I might have had about the procedure to be performed. The cortisone injection was performed quickly, without fuss and with the utmost professionalism.

    Popped into Stakes Lodge Surgery, Waterlooville for a routine blood pressure check. The HCA was very friendly and explained clearly what health range for my BP should be. I felt as though she had time to discuss this with me and did not feel rushed. A very pleasant experience.

    I sent an Anima request form to the surgery this morning. Within 30 minutes I received a telephone call from the surgery to say that a doctor had contacted QA hospital and got me an appointment in 10 days time. I have now received a text message with all the details of the appointment. Thank you for the great service.

    It took me 7weeks and 2 additional calls to get an appointment. There for l was in pain longer than l needed to be.

    I recently had a procedure at hospital and was booked into Stakes Lodge to have my dressings changed. I was not looking forward to it to say the least. I found both the nurse and her helper helpful and friendly and keen to put me at ease. Both were extremely efficient and polite, one distracting me with conversation while the other got on with the job. They explained what was happening and how I could change the dressings myself in the future which I found most helpful.

    Returned from a holiday feeling really unwell with a cough and chest infection, phoned early am and was put on a call back list, which was answered within the hour. I was given a same day care appointment for later that morning and received the medication I needed to improve my symptoms. Due to an accident I sustained during my holiday I also came home with stitches in a wound on my head and was given a further appointment to have them removed 2 days later. I can only sincerely thank all the staff I engaged with for their help and kindness.

    I have encountered 2 cancellations to see the nurse.I think 1 is fairly acceptable but 2 consecutive cancellations, it begs the question how long will I have to wait to see the nurse
