I am caring for an elderly relative and the surgery is very supportive and professional helping make is this a difficult situation easier showing great care and professionalism prompt response to requests and clear communications. Recently the staff have met and exceeded my expectations on every contact Thank you so much.

Thank you for a wonderful service. I've had phone calls with a doctor and pharmacist, blood tests, and your staff have rung me to discuss results and book follow ups. Throughout, I've been treated with courtesy and professionalism. You answer the phone quickly, and your online presence, including the ability to book some appointments, is really helpful. Thank you all, both medical professionals and support staff.

Absolute concern shewn towards me during my health worries this last 10 days by all staff. Fortunately for me, all has ended well but the way I have been dealt with is a credit to our surgery.

The nurse was amazing, she listened to my menopause journey during my smear test appointment and offered to arrange blood test and gave advice. Provided an alternative strategy to what was on my notes to improve comfort during my smear test and it worked . Thank you for this brilliant service

From June 2023 life changed my wife had bit of breakdown and left her very confused However this practice has been more than perfect in dealing with this including full medical checks , this also affected myself and it has been no trouble with them helping me out from a very difficult period of time could not ask for anymore from all the staff who have helped I challenge anyone to find a better practice
