   I having been struggling physically and emotionally recently following an operation. The reception team have organised a same day appointment and shown understanding of my situation. I was offered the option of a face to face or a telephone call . The doctor called and allowed me to explain how I’m feeling . I didn’t feel rushed at all . Overall a very positive experience .
