Excellent service from the Pharmacist and the GP's. They took time to listen and hear what the patient had to say and did all they can to help provide medication and conducted a detailed review of medicines.

We are encouraging patients to use online booking to reduce the need to try and get through on the phone. I used the new online service to book a face to face appointment on the day with my GP. Very easy I had a choice of appointments. Everyone at the surgery is helpful and friendly.

I have been registered with this practice for many years and have always been so grateful for the kindness, efficiency and dedication of all of the staff, receptionists , nurses, physiotherapists and doctors all included. In particular I would like to thank all the staff for their continued hard work and dedication during the Covid pandemic which contradicts the recent negative reports in the press about GP surgeries. We understand that the National Health Service is under great strain but we have had no problems obtaining an appointment with the appropriate health professional when necessary. The professional approach of the reception should not go unnoticed. Many thanks to you all at Wallington Family Practice.
