I’ve been a patient at this surgery for over 5 years now, and the way I saw patients talking to reception staff is actually ridiculous, the reception staff are here to help not to be shouted at. We all have to call at 8am to book an appointment. If I can call and manage to get an appointment everyone else can too. Thank you to all the staff for their hard work . Keep up that way !!!!!

I lost track of my time for the appointment could not be there in time. My appointment was not cancelled instead the receptionist called and made it possible for me to be seen. An excellent team from receptionist to doctors.

I am really disappointed to write about the receptionist in walnut surgery, have requested for repeat medication for my son, they haven’t issued the prescription. And when I asked them they replied very rudely that the doctor refused the prescription and waiting for the review, but they didn’t communicate with the patient and when I asked about it she said they won’t call or text regarding the refusal of the medication we the patient should follow up. And when I told previously I had the same experience she very rudely said to me that if you are not happy you can leave this surgery and join any other surgery, this really made me disappointed and as a mom of 2 year kid who is suffering from eczema. My son is getting worst with his eczema .

Can never get an appointment and they’ve lost my sample meaning I now need to take another morning off work to spend the better part of 30+ minutes on hold trying to get another appointment. I’m changing doctors.! Not impressed

Very rude reception staff and don't know how to treat special need patients. Try calling from 8am and when you get trough no appointments even for high risk patients. Always Challenging on how someone is special needs and just don't care.
