I recently had a worrying health problem, a lovely receptionist acted quickly in speaking to the emergency team and I received a phone call from a brilliant nurse practitioner who sent an ambulance to me. I can’t praise Wansford practice enough and want to say a big thank you. I have been a patient there for ten years and they never fail to continue to give an excellent service, I’m very lucky to be a patient at this practice .

I am a new patient at Wansford Surgery but am very impressed with the service they provide. Coming from a practice that was a challenge, Wansford have been excellent, everyone on the telephone has been friendly and messages sent through the online message service have been answered promptly, staff are proactive and helpful, today the lady who helped me sort out a muddle with my prescription was great, thank you to all at Wansford Surgery.

Just requested repeat prescription of ointment from a very aggressive confrontational person that made me feel as if I had done something wrong by my request and all she was looking for was am excuse for an argument.

I cannot thank the staff at Wansford Surgery enough for the service they offer.The whole team - receptionists, nurses, pharmacists and GPs are kind, professional and in my experience, put patients firmly at the centre of what they do. Communication is excellent. 10 out of 10. Feel very fortunate to have them. Thank you.

I am so impressed by the wonderful care and kind words from the receptionist today . I was requiring further bereavement counselling and she answered my query and as always was so efficient and showed such empathy . A big thank you .

I had a BP problem, phoned the surgery got straight through to a very friendly receptionist. Within half an hour I had a txt to go and book a BP monitor. The Pharmacy were first rate at applying my monitor and going through the readings with me the next day. This has to be the best practice and Pharmacy for miles around. So professionally run. Thank you.

Filled in online form to request advice at 09:12 and was contacted at 10:16 with prescription sent to local pharmacy. That is what I call service, super quick and simple! Thank you :-)
