Thank goodness we are with this brilliant practice, There has been a worldwide shortage of the medicine needed by my husband and it's very difficult to find pharmacies who can get it, I phoned today about this problem and was it was immediately dealt with. The Doctors and Staff at Warders have been so helpful and kind in our efforts to source this, they are also always on hand to answer any queries we have or to help us. Also we never have trouble getting a appointment and every day we thank goodness we are with this Wonderful Practice. Thank you all.

Todays appointment with a Nurse got changed after rescheduling it from am to pm. When I arrived it had changed again. No apology given. Why bother making appointments see a named Practitioner. Like many neuro diverse people I am unsettled by change.

I am sorry that your appointment was changed and the upset that this caused. That morning we had one nurse call in sick and one nurse delayed. We did our best to rebook/move all of the affected appointments so that everyone was still seen on the day, all be it at different times. Kind regards Emma Practice Manager

This is a fantastic GP practice. I’ve never had anything other than excellent service from receptionist, doctors and nurses in the 3 years since I have joined the practice. I have had some quite complex needs. Our lovely doctor always goes the extra mile, is tender and kind and always listens carefully. Recently, following pneumonia from Covid, she put me through all the thorough checks for asthma, with an Xray and a nurse assessing my peak flow. This was all very thorough with call back from GP all sorted in 3 weeks. The only issues are the wait times for a call answer, but that’s patient pressure found in all practices ( a lot - like my mums- are even worse). Highly recommended.

The receptionists here are absolutely vile. I dread trying to receive help from my GP because I have to go through these nasty, rude and hideously spiteful people first. They cause me so much anxiety that I often avoid speaking to a GP. This surgery makes my blood boil, and I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy. Avoid it at all costs

I have had several appointments with Warders in past two months, I cannot praise the care and consideration I have been shown by all the staff I have encountered from those answering the phone to the Doctors I have seen or spoken to on the phone and the lovely caring reception and pharmacy staff & surgery nurse at Penshurst. It has been a difficult time for me and without the quick appointments and responses would have been even more so. This practice is definitely five star and beyond. With very grateful thanks to you all.

I visited Warders Penshurst on the 21st September 2023 for a health check with the practice nurse. The nurse was absolutely brilliant, very caring, professional and exceptional helpful. The nurse put me at ease and answered questions in a professional manner. I can’t praise the nurse enough. Thank you. I hope the nurse will see this review. Best wishes Quentin

I feel we are really lucky to have the services of the Warders Team. I have just had a same day appointment following my concerns, with very comprehensive tests in the next day or two, a complete explanation of the results and way forward, from a very caring team of professionals. Grateful thanks.

Luckily, in the four years I've been with the practice I haven't needed their services very often, but when I have the doctors, nurses and reception staff (bar one who though efficient, came across as a rottweiler guarding access to her doctors. Luckily, I only encountered her once several months ago) are caring, they listen and I have never felt rushed even though the doctor yesterday was running late and was obviously under pressure. I feel I'm in safe hands. Thank you.
