   I endured a phone hold of over 1h 30m with this surgery today, only for the person who finally answered to cut the call off, just before their hometime... There then followed a survey which earned the appropriately low ratings. I rang again, to be shoved back in the queue on a "loop" which only ended when I hung up. When I rang yet again, a recorded voice said "surgery now closed"... What the...??? Argh!!!
