I needed a minor procedure on my finger. I was given an option of 5 clinics to choose from. This surgery was the second I called as I left messages for the first and yet no one called me back. The experience was good from the onset! The receptionists were helpful, polite and my surgery date was set up very quickly. Dr R performed my procedure and I cannot compliment him and his assistant enough. Both gentlemen were fast, reassuring and very good. Thank you to everyone on the team for making this unpleasant experience so much better!

My sister is at Woodview nursing home , and a dr spoke to my sister via video to speak to her which was impossible as my sister cannot communicate properly anymore.. we were promised she would receive urgent medication today 29/7/2024 and it has not been received my sister we have been told has to wait!! This is absolutely appalling and certainly not good enough! We were also told they were sorry for Not getting to see my sister for a long time! This is not acceptable.. my sister is on palliative care and suffering pain .. The incompetence is unbelievable…
