   I often dread the doctors, emergency services and gp because sometimes reception staff can feel dismissive and apathetic. There is one particular receptionist T ess who I think is so unbelievably kind and warm. I have thanked her for her kindness after a previous appointment maybe a year ago but today, as she was coming into work, she was so willing to help me, even without me needing to ask and before her shift started! She exudes such warmth and openness and I felt immediately less anxious. Just an absolute gem of a woman and Water Eaton should feel very lucky to have her.
