Sometimes excellent sometime poor. My son (7) had a 10 days course of antibiotics for tonsillitis. He got better quickly but the day after he finished his course he became poorly again with the same symptoms . Dr wouldn't give him antibiotics until a swab test came back. Told they would be back the end of the weeks. Nothing by Friday. Told to call in to the surgery Saturday morning. Got turned away because they were too busy. No results back on Monday. He's been poorly for 6 days now and no results. My other son (4) is currently poorly with the same thing, I spilled spilled some of his antibiotics and needed some more to finish his course, told to call back tomorrow as they can't even give me a phone call today.

Managed to get appointments for my husband, child and myself with suspected strep. Antibiotics given and follow up appointment for my son. Concerns were listened to and taken seriously. Thank you.
