  1. Review titled Great Practice

Rated 5 stars out of 5

by Barbara Lawrence - Posted on 07 August 2024

I find if I am patient when ringing for an appointment. I usually am given one. If by chance there are none left and it’s an urgent issue eg respiratory problems I’m told the doctor will call me. The GPs are all top notch as are the nurses and I find that the receptionist team are very kind.

  2. Review titled Great service

Rated 5 stars out of 5

I had a recent injury. I was given appointment with the practice physiotherapist. He helped a great deal and I was glad it also took work of the doctor. Appointments are hard to get sometimes but having spoken to friends re their experiences at their practices I am convinced Waterloo is streets ahead of other surgeries both in accessibility and quality of GPs. The nurses are also clearly top quality. Well done to all.

  3. Review titled Joke 6 weeks plus to see a doctor

Rated 1 star out of 5

by Matthew - Posted on 03 February 2023

Joke 6 weeks plus to see a doctor. In agonising pain and have been for past two weeks with inflammation of the ribs. Can’t get an appointment for 6 weeks and had to go to walk in centre again to get seen. Really is a joke this in the uk now.

Dear Patient Sorry you feel that you are not satisfied with the service from the practice. Spirometry was suspended due to covid 19. The practice pharmacist who performed spirometry has since left the practice and we have now recruited a new pharmacist who is completing her spirometry training this month (January) and she will be managing our list of COPD patients. As you have posted anonymously please contact the Practice Manager Sue Bowe to discuss the matter further. Kind Regards Sue Bowe

Me and my family are so glad to have this as our doctors. They are always so helpful and kind and we trust them with our lives. Never had a problem getting an appointment or advice when it is needed and the doctors and nurses are caring and helpful and very professional
