The consultant I saw was so friendly, cheery and personable it really made my day! Advise was very clear and I came away from the appointment knowing next steps for treatsment without any ambiguity

Very good experience. And I met the best physio.i been having this knee issue for long time. This time only I got the solution. Because of the doctor. Im really happy

Can’t get an appointment on the phone,in person walking or online what they tell you. Rubbish website keeps telling go to patient access or nhs website and they will tell connect with Watford health center and it doesn’t connect There is no clear appointment section that can book

It was a great time with the physiotherapist. She explained me everything nicely. She was assess me thoroughly and confirmed patella related problem is the actual cause of my knee pain. She advised exercises for that. Moreover there was no delay to meet the concerned person which I got appointment in watford health centre.

I was given an appointment after 2 days of sending my request. The physiotherapist was very professional and thorough. The only disappointment was I need to come back the following day to get my prescription because I was told that the GP are closing so the prescription cannot be done, I was the last patient seen by the physiotherapist.

The Physio gave clear instructions , modelling each exercise. It was a face to face one which is far better than telephone or zoom. Still awaiting xray Appointment as discussed.
