The person at the reception was extremely helpful with care and concise helpful communication. Very comforting and reassuring to have that at a GP practice.

I came with my husband to see a doctor. He was so caring and knowledgeable. One does not feel rushed. Always so helpful and attentive.

A very pleasant experience a few days ago. Having rung for an appointment at 830 am and managed to give some essential details. Unfortunately my network had a weak signal and I lost the connection. I was elated when the receptionist rang back after their busy period and was able to give an appointment the same day. Didn't she do well!

Dear Ms Beaumont-Kerridge We were pleased to be able to help when you needed - that is why we are here. Due to high number of prescription requests we always say to our patients to allow at least 48-72h for the prescription to be issued. However, we also understand that there are emergency situations and we will try to help whenever possible. Thank you so much for posting your review. The doctor and his staff at Watling Medical Centre are excellent Receptionists were polite and helpful. I was seen swiftly by the Dr who listened to my complaint and explained his diagnosis with detail information and outcome, he was patient and totally focused understanding and kind. It is certainly a 5* star practice I would highly recommend

Visited Watling Medical today and saw the GP who was incredibly thorough, and gave me plety of time to discuss my issues too. The GP was very professional. I appreciated not only his patience but the various tests he's organised to ensure that my coditions are checked thoroughly.

An extremely helpful receptionist took note of my concerns and called back to offer me a cancellation appointment for a telephone consultation. This was just one example of the consideration that is a hallmark of this practice. The overall care and dedication of the doctors and all the staff makes it outstanding.

Reminders are sent out quickly for anything needed and things I was unaware of was flagged and dealt with efficiently. Clean and tidy waiting room. Friendly staff. Made me feel cared for. Thank you
