    I was so impressed with the service I’ve received, and receiving an appointment so soon after writing the econsult. My GP was so efficient, and dealt with my issue so quickly. The hard working doctors deserve the recognition for all they do

    Waited 23 minutes to get through, which is expected with the current virus caseload. Requested a telephone appointment, was advised best I see a GP, appointment was 2 hours later. Sent straight for an Xray, results & medication all sorted within 6 hours of telephone call, ThANK you!! I notice that people only really leave bad reviews, lets change that !!

    I was trying to ask questions to find out more about the services the GP surgery provides and it was like the receptionist couldn’t wait to end the call. She was continuously interrupting me, giving blunt answers and speaking down to me. It was not an informative call and I don’t feel comfortable signing up to a surgery where this is the kind of service that can be expected.
