Review titled Just what the Doctor ordered
Rated 5 stars out of 5
by Mark Ayton - Posted on 21 January 2025
After being out of the system for some time it was easy to join the practice helped by an effective and friendly ront desk team. Since my first appointment the Dr and Nurses Ive seen have gone into ever thing from my heart problems to hearing. I have everthig explained so I understand what is being done and why. For the first time in many years I feel informed and confident I am getting good care. What a great group of people doing a great job many thanks and please keep up your efforts.

Review titled Unprofessional staff
Rated 1 star out of 5

I called to book an appointment to have my blood tests taken but the staff member was unhelpful and abrasive. I had to ask multiple times what the correct process was to have my blood test taken. She pretended to be confused about my request. Surely, this is a GP, so staff should be trained on how to explain the process of taking blood tests. This can be off putting for the older population or non-English speakers. It would be beneficial to make the e-consult form available again as this was very helpful.

Review titled Shocking
Rated 1 star out of 5

After waiting 3 years for a psychiatrist appointment, we attended our appointment, we waited for 40 mins to be told by the Psychiatrist that he was not expecting us and my daughters case had been closed. ( I had to pay for a private psychiatrist for diagnosis and medication just under three years ago due to my daughters situation being dire, The Waverly Clinic would not accept a private diagnosis and said we had to see their own psychiatrist hence why we have had to wait 3 years for an appointment) The psychiatrist was not very empathetic to our situation and I walked away shocked and speechless. The whole service has been shocking from the start. Thank goodness I could borrow money to pay for a private diagnosis otherwise I hate to think what would have happened to my daughter.
