Today I gave a blood sample and got a flu jab at the same time. I was seen earlier than my appointment time. Everyone was polite, professional and willing to help. Thank you

My Young daughter had an appointment with doctor hassa, never experienced anything like it with a doctor before. A terrible attitude, uncaring, lack of sympathy and empathy, i am now looking to change medical practices after being here for many years. I left the surgery in a right state and it really has gave me anxiety about going back to the doctors

I asked for a telephone consultation which I received this morning by a very rude uncaring doctor. He actually made me cry by telling me that I should not waste NHS resources! I have a very bad eye infection and I don't think it's unreasonable to ask my GP for advice. I am now left feeling in fear of asking for any kind of help from my doctor.
