    New to this practice and so glad I moved from my previous practice. So far I feel like I'm being taken seriously and informed. Every single person I've had contact with has given me a friendly welcoming attitude.

    Was feeling worse through the day. Decided to to try and get appointment late afternoon. Receptionist very helpful and managed for me to see gp who were both stars

    Although I had to wait 20 minutes for the appointment, the doctor was very helpful, pleasant and efficient. I have no complaints whatsoever .

    Very patient .considerate .. listened to my concerns and dealt with my concerns . I have been looked after and asked to have further blood test and be seen again appointment for 3 Feb for follow up ..

    Dear patient Thank you for taking the time to write this review. It is very pleasing to hear that things went well during your recent contact and your issues were dealt with. In many cases it is not necessary to attend the surgery and this can make consultations easier for patients. We do leave it up to the patient whether to attend or have a telephone consultation in the vast majority of cases. Weavers Medical

    Talked to doctor about my treatment and she was very thorough and professional. Ensured that she had all the details and provided very clear advise. Had read my notes prior to the appointment, which I found help as she had a good understanding of the situation

    I had an appointment with the GP to discuss symptoms I had experienced with stomach problems. We had a full discussion and talked particularly about how I could deal with the problems. I am very happy that I was listened to and I welcome the advice that I was given.

    My doctor was very thorough and referred me to a and e. When results were clear but symptoms continued she phoned to check on me and re-referred me till she was happy everything was being done to help me. And then phoned again to see how I got on and to explain what would happen next. Can’t ask for more.

    After a bit of hassle checking in because of the absence of check-in desk being " maned " & having to use the lift to go back to the front desk to check-in I got to see the nurse . Friendly & funny made the process hassle free . Just a call down to the front desk & the signboard saying to check-in at the front desk would have stopped the 6 people from wasting time going to the unmanned desk . That being the only problem on this occasion .

I can appreciate it would be frustrating not having information about which desks were manned. There is usually signposting in place but we will endeavour to ensure there is adequate signposting in future.
