    Near impossible to get an appointment. If you're lucky enough to get to see a doctor, they're running very late and want you out quickly to catch up with their delays. They won't check your medical history and will prescribe medicines that are not appropriate. Average appointment time in my experience is around 2 minutes. They seem to find time for a chat and fresh cup of tea while you wait though.

    I phoned the reception on Thursday and after waiting 25min to be answered I left a message with the receptionist for a pharmacist to contact me with regard to my medication. Unfortunately it is know Monday evening and I haven't heard a thing about weather I should be taking my medication or not?.

    Firstly, the reception team have always gone way above and beyond every time I’ve interacted with them. The quality of care from the practitioners is brilliant - understanding and informed. The online klinik system is easy to use and responses are always prompt. I have zero complaints and highly recommend this practice.

    We have always had the very best attention from WellBN. Online referal is easy and you are always called back quickly. And seen quickly too. I made a referal at 8 am, got a text at 11, replied and seen at 3.15, refered for an X-ray at the polyclinic and was back in my car at 3.35 having had the X-ray. I don’t know how you do it with the underfunding of the NHS for the last 13 years but please keep it up and share your success with someone in government, you obviously have this sewn up.

    I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I have received from the practice. In particular, I am extremely unhappy about the difficulty I have experienced in making an appointment at the surgery or by phone. While I understand that this was due to Covid restrictions, these have now been lifted, and I do not understand why it is still not possible to make appointments by phone. I have tried to use your online appointment system, but I have found it to be confusing and extremely long-winded. It is frustrating that I am forced to navigate a complex system just to make an appointment, when a simple phone call should suffice. I have tried multiple times to make an appointment using the online system, but it has been a difficult and unpleasant experience each time. I believe that access to healthcare should be as easy and straightforward as possible, and your current system falls far short of this standard. I urge you to reconsider your approach and make it easier for patients to access the care they need. I would appreciate a response to this letter, and I hope that we can work together to improve the service you offer.

    I have been under this practice for a number of years now. I have always been seen and helped when I have needed it. The reception staff are very kind and helpful. The practice has a wonderful team all round. Ongoing care remains high even considering current and previous national issues. I would highly recommend them.

    I was mortified to realise I'd presented at the wrong clinic site for my follow up appointment. What a waste of NHS time. Check which clinic your appointment is at, because the text message reminder may not be clear if you've never heard if the other locations.

    I have always found WellBN to be an excellent practice - for myself, and my two children. Our needs have always been met, communication systems work, and their approach is compassionate. Grateful to be a patient at this surgery - thank you to everyone who works at the practice

    A terrible practice, uncaring, unprofessional staff and GP, and badly managed. The waiting phone times/on hold are unreasonable, around 40 minutes if you need help and you also get cut off during the wait. Shameful really, seems they try to pass the buck, terrible communication between doctors/staff. The GP says/promises to act but nothing happens and you are left in the dark, without medication for months. Frustrating, how can you justify calling yourselves Health and Wellbeing if you don't care? This practice is rated 'Inadequate' by the Care Quality Commission. Why is it not shut down until changes are made by the management remains unclear.

    I've been with this practice for a few years. I don't really use my gp but when I needed help in 2020 with mental health/nhs burnout stuff, they were fantastic. Really above and beyond. I've been trying to book a routine appointment to discuss foot pain for over a week now and was today called outside the specified appointment I'd submitted online and therefore couldn't take the call: a waste of a clinician's time. I work in primary care so I'm not into gp bashing but the 'no routine appointments by phone' thing is really rubbish and should be reviewed in my opinion. After waiting for an hour on hold I spoke to a lovely reception person who clarified my original booking and ensured (I hope) that it would go ahead as requested. It's not urgent and I'm not unwell but if I was I would lose the will to live with the current system. This is how people end up in a&e. Could do better.
