i’ve attended twice this month for various reasons. i was treated with respect, kindness and listened to. one instance was with a lively GP who did not rush me and another with a nurse. Who again was chatty throughout, made me comfortable etc. i’ve never had a problem getting an appointment. honestly can not fault the service. reception are wonderful and the other staff i have encountered through the years are wonderful! my friends are shocked i can get same day appointments or even a saturday appointment!

By far the best practice I’ve been to. Everyone from the doctors, receptionist and dispensary team are so caring and cannot do enough to help

Reception really polite and helpful, actioned my request via the Doctor and returned my call to confirm the following day. Couldn’t ask for a better service in this instance, thankyou.
