I had the best NHS experience ever! I noticed something wrong last night. I contacted my GP via NHS app this morning. I got aext back within the hour asking me to come in for a test this morning I went in for test before noon I got a call from doctor at two saying slight infection, we’re prescribing antibiotics - would send prescription through to my chemist - would be threre by tomorrow morning! World class treatment and timing!

It is very hard for someone with little online experience to find out how to make an appointment online, can you explain in simple terms how to do it thanks. There is nothing when you go online to wells Road surgery to say book a appointment and get you through to make it.

I recently moved to the area from another part of Bristol and I can't believe the difference in the level of care I receive at Wells Rd surgery. The receptionists are kind and patient, it's easy to get through on the phone, but even easier to submit e-consults. I normally hear back within a few hours. The GPs have been very attentive and I haven't had any issues getting an appointment or phone call. I didn't realise just how poor the treatment was at my old surgery until I moved. The only thing that would make it better would be automated repeat prescriptions, rather than having to request, but this really is a drop in the ocean. Thank you to all of the efforts of the staff, it really hasn't gone unnoticed.

I have always found it very easy to get an appointment. The staff are fantastic the doctors have made me feel so relaxed so friendly and personable couldn’t recommend this doctors enough!
