it was hard to book an appointment for consultation by phone or online . I had to swift to another GP a month ago but I found all the information of prescription for my diabetes was gone in my nhs account. So I couldn't make any order now.

I have been waiting for weeks for the practice to send my medical records to my private medical insurance. They haven't done it. There is no email address/contact form on the website. My insurance has tried to ring them and I also spent an hour and 40 minutes on hold the other day trying to get through. This practice needs to be looked at, as it is the worst service I have had from a GP.

Filled out on line form at 8am, by 9.40am had a phone call from the practice, I was offered a telephone consultation but I said I needed to be examined by a Dr, I was immediately offered a choice of 2 appointments, I saw a lovely Dr who was so helpful & understanding (I was quite upset) & everything she did was so helpful thank you

The GP responded rapidly to my request to review my Lithium medication. Not an easy decision as one is titrating Lithium dose against renal function. The GP was aware of my history and all the issues. This included other related problems, such as an ultrasound scan where the report ha d not been sent to us.

Had a really major concern. The receptionist calmed me and booked me in immediately. I was seen by a wonderful dr within the hour, prescribed medication and could not be more satisfied and grateful .

They seem to have staffing issues. Phones were not answered, delays of over an hour for appointments. Staff laughing in the back office whilst patients wait in pain on hard chairs. Wouldn’t recommend.

The practice recently sent out invitations to book annual flu jab appointments for children, but the online system is very limited, offering only 1-2 appointment options at a time. As a working parent, this makes scheduling incredibly difficult, especially when you have to keep refreshing the website over several days in hopes of seeing more availability and a time that can possibly work for you. Then I tried calling the practice multiple times to book an appointment that fits my schedule, but despite the queue system indicating that I was first or second in line, no one answered. I waited for over two hours in the course of 3 attempts without success. The option to press 1 and wait for a callback also doesn’t work. I’ve lost valuable working hours trying to secure an appointment and, frustratingly, still haven’t managed to book one. I wonder how much more work I will lose over a simple booking system that the practice somehow can never manage to offer.
