Filled out on line form at 8am, by 9.40am had a phone call from the practice, I was offered a telephone consultation but I said I needed to be examined by a Dr, I was immediately offered a choice of 2 appointments, I saw a lovely Dr who was so helpful & understanding (I was quite upset) & everything she did was so helpful thank you

The GP responded rapidly to my request to review my Lithium medication. Not an easy decision as one is titrating Lithium dose against renal function. The GP was aware of my history and all the issues. This included other related problems, such as an ultrasound scan where the report ha d not been sent to us.

The booking procedure was straightforward and efficient. I liked that I got texts updating me and I was seen quickly and the doctors were helpful, knowledgeable and reassuring

Had a really major concern. The receptionist calmed me and booked me in immediately. I was seen by a wonderful dr within the hour, prescribed medication and could not be more satisfied and grateful .

They seem to have staffing issues. Phones were not answered, delays of over an hour for appointments. Staff laughing in the back office whilst patients wait in pain on hard chairs. Wouldn’t recommend.

The practice recently sent out invitations to book annual flu jab appointments for children, but the online system is very limited, offering only 1-2 appointment options at a time. As a working parent, this makes scheduling incredibly difficult, especially when you have to keep refreshing the website over several days in hopes of seeing more availability and a time that can possibly work for you. Then I tried calling the practice multiple times to book an appointment that fits my schedule, but despite the queue system indicating that I was first or second in line, no one answered. I waited for over two hours in the course of 3 attempts without success. The option to press 1 and wait for a callback also doesn’t work. I’ve lost valuable working hours trying to secure an appointment and, frustratingly, still haven’t managed to book one. I wonder how much more work I will lose over a simple booking system that the practice somehow can never manage to offer.

Once I had reached and convinced receptionist I needed an urgent appointment, I was seen quickly and appropriate tests arranged. When it was evident I needed treatment, this happened. Followed up appropriately.

Called GP office and was advised to go to the pharmacy as they can also give consultation and issue antibiotic (new thing), went to pharmacy, they said, our service are limited when it comes to antibiotic, refer back to the GP office. if I have known, I just stick with the appointment that was given to me on the same day. A link was sent from the pharmacy to the GP for next day appointment, booked it and 10 minutes later text said "sorry problem with your booking" rebooked again and same thing happend. 10 minutes after, a text from surgery saying was trying to call you, if you call today you will have prioprity. Call them back waited for an hour on the phone and now the next booking is in 2 weeks time for a check up, I don't request for a check up, I need to see the doctor and antibiotic. After a heated conversation, they can give me Friday morning for my son. You followed their advise and links and they totally messed up your appointment and not taking responsibility. Used to be good but as they are expanding and with the new technology, you need to be able to know some IT which confusing them as well and patiences. Will go to A&E wait for 8 hours waiting.

Usually can get an appointments on same day when urgent. Very good doctors and amazing nurse! However, for non urgent issues it is very difficult to get an appointment

I had a lung cancer check as part of the NHS initiative to monitor former smokers. Received result from that service saying clear of cancer but an “anomaly” was noted and my GP would be in touch Heard nothing from GP but received 2 appointments for cardiac unit. GP has not had the common decency to advise me what the referral is for and left me to worry and Google all the worst case scenarios. This really shows a complete disregard for patient care. If I had run my business in this manner it would have failed very quickly. In this instance you are dealing with people’s health and peace of mind. You need to do much better
