It's now been 2 days I am trying to get some blood test results from them. First lady couldn't understand me on the phone (she seemed to struggle with her English) but said she would email them to me. They didn't arrive. Second time I called I was on hold for 30 minutes with no answer. The third time I called I spoke to someone who said it is difficult for them to send them over email and texted the results to me (!). When I told her they are too small to be read on the phone screen she told me that perhaps I need glasses. When I told her that I have glasses, she told me to put them on. I brought to her attention that she needs to be polite and helpful with people but presumably she doesn't know how to do that. She is presumably also not aware that a laptop screen is bigger than a phone's one. She also disputed that I'd previously been on hold for 30 minutes. The woman was rude, argumentative and unprofessional in every way. Of course, I have not received the blood test results. When you call it says press 5 if you don't want to queue, however, when you are placed in the queue it says press 1 for a call-back. It was not possible to establish the correct process because the woman kept interrupting while I was trying to ask her. Listening is also not one of her skills. Why are we paying for this? For people with zero skills to be rude to us and waste our time?

On 13th November I ordered a repeat prescription via Pharmacy 2u app as I have done for about a year. It's the 18th November and I am still awaiting approval from the gp, which should have been by the 15th November. Considering it takes around 7 days for the prescription to arrive it looks like my prescription will arrive after my existing has run out.

An amazing GP practice, I’ve belonged to this practice for 5 months, from the reception staff to the Doctors, they are a breath of fresh air, & they are busy, I’ve completed the only ne form everytime & within 45 mins had a phone call offering me an appointment, this is what a gp surgery should be like thank you so much for your care and attention

After numerous contact via phone, contact form and Klinik (when it’s working!) I still have no repeat prescriptions and only 2 days supply left Surely your Doctor is not supposed to increase your stress levels and your blood pressure. Shockingly poor service. Think I need to move

I needed to change my appointment at short notice due to work commitments and a senior member of staff was so helpful and caring,and managed to re-arrange my appointment for a later time ,on the same day. She was very helpful and understanding

My previous GP practice was merged with Wentworth recently and it is even harder now to get simple tasks dealt with efficiently. I have numerous medications on repeat prescription and my pharmacy advised me in August that they had just given me the final one and my GP needed to renew it. I made an appointment with the pharmacist at the practice and had a blood test done. She advised me she was renewing the repeat. She hasn’t and I can’t request it through the nhs app as the medications aren’t even showing. After the usual performance trying to speak to someone the lady I got through to told me I should be able to see it. I said” I know! But I can’t” she said she would send me a patient access link for a different app but she didn’t. I’m back to square one. Really poor patient care

A really terrific recap of my medical history. With some excellent discoveries. The nurse on the phone was very thorough and went through my entire medical history slowly and methodically . No rushing totally recommended
