I've literally just tried to make an appointment for next month (two week's time). Apparently, the calendar isn't open for then yet. I was talking through other options with the receptionist, who suggested an e-consult. Tried to find out what that would involve, but she refused to discuss, and told me she'd have to go as she had people waiting. If I had been there in person, would she have shunted me off in the same way because there was someone behind me? Seriously doubt it. Deal with the person who is there first, the next has to wait until the first is dealt with, nit ditched without resolution so the receptionist can talk to someone else. No help at all. And in this day and age, why can't next month's calendar be accessed?

I am not registered in the surgery , but took my aunt to her appointment. The Recption staff were really friendly and immensely helpful to my 90 years old aunt. The PA was so amazing . She was sympathetic and caring, she understood my aunts situation and arranged urgent phlebotomy appointment for my aunt, as I explained to her that I can not make another trip to take my aunt here. The West End surgery team are very efficient!

I had the pleasure of being seen by the associate physician Miss j.s. today - this is my second time seeing her and every time I have seen her she's been attentive, and professional in diagnosis, with immediate action. She offers honest advice and reassurance. I have also had great experiences with the other doctors and nurses so far. Great practice all in all.

My wife and I transferred to the surgery primarily to have a GP within walking distance. However, we have been amazed how efficient, helpful and pro-active the staff have been and we have been very happy with the service.

I experienced an extremely deep cut on my hand , and when I called the surgery , l was immediately asked to visit the surgery for dressing and clean the wound immediately. An appointment made right way and was in and out within 15 minutes. The nurse was so professional and helpful. After 3 days she took the dressing off and healing was in progress. Primary care at the Surgery was excellent, as if I went to A&E I’d probably have to wait for 8 hours. The receptionist was understandably kind and helpful. A fabulous service to NHS.
