   Booked inr blood test.Unable to have appt at my local surgery(west end )so one booked 2 days later than it should have been at Hedge end this was not a short notice booking I booked it 3 weeks ago.On arrival told nobody trained to do it had to rebook now test will be a week late. This is the second time this has happened .I don't drive so have to get a lift so visiting surgeries outside of west end is quite difficult.
