    Joined the practice when I moved to the area. Process was easy and online, most convenient, nice staff, helpful doctors, and often same day appointments! Thank you very much for all help from small colds to specialist referrals!

    My newborn daughter has unfortunately some congenital orthopaedic issues, that require further investigations, physiotherapy and specialist review. The associate physician that we saw at 6 weeks review (not even GP) was not familiar with the pathologies and terminology or the facilities in the area (I was told that there is no baby physiotherapy, which is not true). She finally requested just an ultrasound of her spine, but we have been waiting for more than 2 months now, which is unacceptable given that this type of scan is not diagnostic after 3-4 months of age. Unfortunately, we need to arrange everything privately in order not to miss the diagnostic window and prevent future complications... Wouldn't recommend.

    I had to phone or queue to make an appointment which was only possible for the morning or afternoon of the same day. I found this extremely difficult to make. When I tried to email the practice I got no reply from the GP. Once with the GP I found the attention to my needs to be excellent.

    Dear John Apologies for the delayed response. Thank you for your comments and feedback. I am sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced when booking an appointment at the surgery. In line with the national guidance, the practice is offering a mix of face to face, telephone, video consultations as well as online via eConsult. Routine telephone and face to face appointments are available 1 week in advance, & our same day appointments for urgent issues become available at 8:30 am each morning and a further few at 2pm (more for urgent issues). Some of these are available for online booking at 8pm the night before, same day at 8:30 am and a few at 2pm.We have updated our appointment booking process now, so that the same day appointments for the afternoon are now released for booking at 08:30am. Our telephone call system now provides an option for a call back which can be more convenient than hanging on the phone. We work within NHS guidelines and will always try our best to provide appointments in a timely manner for all our patients. I'm delighted to hear that your GP consultation was excellent.     This is honestly the best doctors I have ever registered with. The doctors are always super helpful and professional, have been incredible! It is also very efficient and am always able to get an appt often the same day when needed!
