Despite having small veins and the nurse having difficulty obtaining the required phail of blood I would say the overall experience was handled with professionalism and care. Well done and thanks to all the nurses involved.

I did have to wait 50 mins to get through however the lady was extremely professional, understood my problem and was very empathetic. She went above and beyond to support me and was particularly efficient in her manner. She is a credit to your organisation.

I needed the nursing experience of the practice which was excellent the nurses were very efficient and my experience was made to be very good

I felt l was listened to and the Nurse understood how l was feeling. She told me some alternative treatments.She said she would seek advice from a GP. I have since had a message about what to do also l will get some follow-up information in due course.l am very happy with the outcome. Especially the quick response feel much better now, that there will be some improvement. Thankyou.

The receptionist who was on the desk at 12.00 mon 24/06/24 ( who I’m not allowed to name?)was extremely helpful, she listened genuinely, and really thought about how she could help me with helping my elderly mum, she explained the options available, at the time, and then realising they might not be very helpful, she took the time to record our conversation and mums problems and passed them to the GP’s that day, she then called me at home to explain their thoughts, and to arrange an appointment for mum that I could also attend with her. Thankyou (not allowed to name)the nhs needs more people like you.

Nurse was extremely caring and helpful. Offered clear and concise advice. Bloods done with no problems. All staff have done their very best to accommodate my needs. Friendly in a very busy environment. Well done.
